Newly rewired with felt base furniture protector.
A beautiful creamy white alabaster Ionic column Neoclassical style lamp from Marbro Lamp Company.
This is in the best condition of any vintage alabaster lamp I have seen, with no chips or nicks that I can find. Mid-20th century, Italy. See photos taken within 24 hours of listing. The price includes professional rewiring this week with GE three-way switch and furniture protection. Very good to excellent vintage condition. I have posted high-resolution photos of all four sides for your review.
These are really in demand - the last pair I sold was purchased by Bunny Williams and they appeared in her latest cover story in VERANDA magazine. I’ve included a photo from VERANDA of the exact lamps that we sold her, shown in her own primary suite.
Lamp measures:
20.25" to the top of the column
27” to top of the electrical socket
Base: 5.125” square
This is ready to ship in a very carefully packed carton. This is heavy, of course, each lamp is 10.5 pounds before packaging and unfortunately, shipping rates have gone up. We are capping the buyer's shipping cost at $59, although the actual cost will be higher.
