This is a lovely Qing Dynasty Celadon Vase that is in amazing condition with no chips or cracks or repairs. … Read more This is a lovely Qing Dynasty Celadon Vase that is in amazing condition with no chips or cracks or repairs. It measures 23 1/4”H x 9”W and has a light grey background with cobalt decoration of a peacock with peonies. This has all the marks of an old vase with the spots of kiln grit, which I always like to see in an old vase and the foot has the correct wear with the orange iron deposits all around the rim. On the inside you can feel the handmade construction, the ridges in the clay. Since the age of this vase has to be before 1890 because of no country mark it’s a very exciting survivor to be in such good shape. See less
