Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown white, controlled bubbles and gold flecks Italian art glass fan shaped rim flower vase. Attributed to designer Alfredo Barbini, circa 1950-60s. The vase is made with a "Bullicante" technique, where bubbles are spaced throughout the inner layer of glass. It is filled with gold leaf, which gathers around each bubble, making them really stand out. The rim is crimped and stretched in a fan shape. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or side table. Mid-century era. Measures 6 3/4" tall x 4" across the top x 3 1/4" wide.
