Unique 20th Century letter box of Italian design with a trapezoidal shape having a hinged top over lock and key. The ebonized top is beautifully scalloped and edged in molded walnut. When raised, a mirror is revealed underneath mounted under an ebonized frame. The case is painted in pale blue and also trimmed in molded walnut. An interior cavity of ebonized walls and channel set mirror glass permits ample storage.
The overall measurements of the box are 4.75” tall x 13.5” wide x 8.25” deep.
