Complete your room with this beautiful late 1800s / early 1900s American parlor / side table. Made from walnut wood this handcrafted table - which includes wonderful finials hanging below its top - is very much in the style of the Eastlake movement, which was incredibly popular during the late Victorian period.
Also of interest is the fact that this table was sourced at the Sony Prop House in Los Angeles which closed down in September 2023. It has an old Sony stamp on it/ underneath, so if you think you may have seen this table in a film or T.V. show, then you probably have! I have no C.O.A. other then the Sony marking which I assume was added so as not to lose the table on a studio set somewhere.
Measurements: 28" width x 26 1/4" height x 20" depth.

The table top is worn in places and has markings on it. In particular it has some white dots of paint (see pic) and what seems to be some residual varnish in one part (see pic). Both these could probably be removed/disguised with care and neither detracts from the overall aesthetic of this table. (You may indeed wish to stain or wax this table if you prefer that look?) This table needs a quick clean / dust if you prefer that look. Zoom in & out to get a good sense of it's exact condition: a picture tells a thousand words.
