Offered is a mid 20th century Danish glass kluk kluk decanter designed by Jacob E. Bang for Holmegaard. A fine 1950s Danish decanter with crown stopper, already a rare find, but when couple with the gold rim and gold detail on the top knob of the crown, these are nearly impossible to find. The stopper has frosted sides to fit flush into the neck of the bottle. Made of hand blown glass, with pinched side sections to create the iconic shape. Called Kluk Kluk due to the sound made when pouring.
Measures 4.75" wide, 4.5" deep, 8.5" tall without stopper, 10.5" with stopper
