As a common motif, the chargers depict immortals … Read more Impressive, Large and Heavy 19th Century, Late Qing Dynasty, Chinese Export Charger. As a common motif, the chargers depict immortals crossing the sea and are set against a yellow ground.

The borders feature a diaper pattern alternating with panels of floral sprays, ribbons, and other objects. The reverse of each charger bear six-character iron-red apocryphal Qianlong marks. The outer edges of the plate back are decorated by the same objects on the border. The yellow ground has some crazing. See Photos for Details.
