a pair of Chinese porcelain peaches and Fu Bats guanyinzuns, finely formed, matching, baluster vases with white glazed exteriors, interiors and inset bases. The vases are decorated with finely drawn, polychrome Fu Bats amid red Shou characters, peach medallions and Buddhist symbols on branching leafy vines. The neck is banded with a pink, cloud and thunder meander on a yellow ground, bracketed by thin red trim lines. Pink, green and blue, ornate, Ru Yi lappets decorate the neck flange and two Beast head handles accent the shoulders of the vases below. A wider band of polychrome, Ru Yi lappets adorns the foot. A red, six character, Qianlong, reign mark is glazed to the inset bases. Circa mid century or earlier.
height of the smaller vase is 11.125", .125" less than the taller one.
