This Weller Pottery Planter is stamped on the underside with the Weller marking. This particular mark was used from the late 1900's until just before 1925. It is an attractive planter measuring 3" deep, 7 3/4"wide and 3 1/2" high. The slate blue background is complimented by pink roses and green leaves.
The Weller Pottery Company was once the largest manufacturer of pottery in the world. Based in Fultonham, Ohio, it operated from 1872 until 1948 and its products are highly prized today.
