There weren’t that many made, because the company went bankrupt a few years later. It is signed on the inside Lucretia Vanderbilt and measures 3 3/4”W x 2 3/8”L. It is made out of a silver metal with a blue coating and silver appliqués of a butterfly and Deco looking scallops on the four sides, it also has four round ball feet. It is in good condition with a little wear to the blue coating on the bottom, and a few specks around the box. But it looks great for being almost a hundred years old. It’s a nice box to keep a special ring or earrings in. It’s got a nice tight fitting lid, which shows quality. See less
