Four panels, each thirty-nine inches high, unfold into a mural sixty-four inches wide, painted with sweeping ginkgo leaves and curling vine tendrils across a black lacquer field.

Signed by artist Li Jia and marked Made in Hong Kong, the work carries the hand of a painter working in the Modern Deco Chinoiserie tradition of the 1960s–1970s.

The gilt detail glows against the dark ground, the motif symbolic of prosperity and endurance. As wall art, it reads like architecture — bold, elegant, and destined to command the center of a room.
