The way this … Read more Mid Century huge 17” bold, colorful and flamboyant 1950’s handmade copper and enamel charger by Sasha Brastoff. The way this piece was signed, it was done by Sasha Brastoff and not a studio artist which makes it more valuable. The horse is an iconic design that is in perfect condition with no damage to the enamel. It is also very heavy. This is the largest enamel piece by Sasha Brastoff that I have ever found. Typically they are about 12” and smaller. These very large pieces of Sasha Brastoff artwork are getting very hard to find. Each of these pieces was done by hand and no two are alike. It is signed on the front Sasha B. which was the mark he used from 1947-1953. This is the period when he was creating each piece himself. He was an extremely talented artist and his work is very popular. See less
