Aesthetically, as one would expect with an item of this age, it shows signs of wear and use. Examine all the pictures closely. The base is marked in places. There's some old tape on the back bottom of the glass dome which will easily wash off with warm water. The door to replace the battery can be a little temperamental. Zoom in & out to get a good sense of its exact condition: a picture tells a thousand words. The item photos serve as a document as to its condition.
