The glass tops are recessed and flush with the frame providing a flat surface. They each have spooled brass risers dividing the 2 tiers. The lower tiers are thinly made brassed metal. The glass has minor wear from age and use, no chips, and the tables show minor wear along the lower shelves but nothing detracts from the beauty, construction and functionality of these tables. They taper inward from top to bottom—wider at top. They have tripod feet with connecting framework. They have been professionally polished and clear coated to resist most tarnishing but as antiques they will always show light patina.
