Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown green, controlled bubbles and gold flecks Italian art glass star / flower shaped bowl. Documented to the Barovier e Toso company. The piece is profusely covered with gold leaf on the inside, with a ribbed surface pattern and "Bullicante" bubble technique within the layers of glass. The petals on the rim of the bowl are flared down and out and also pinched into the center creating a very organic flower shape. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or side table. Use it as a catchall, candy dish or even an ashtray. Mid-century era. Measures: 5 5/8" across x 2 1/2" tall.
