  • "Sherry W.: Hi Sherry, please contact support@chairish.com if you need to speak to someone about the condition of your chairs. We do have a return policy that we believe is fair for both our buyers and sellers that is in place 48-hours following delivery. Hope this helps!"

  • "Wow. That's a really small return window. I'll see if Charish can help me resolve this although I'm having a hard time finding a contact for this. One last question for you -- Did you ever sit in these chairs? If you did, you would realize that they are in "poor" condition, not "good" as misadvertised."

  • "Sherry W. Thanks for your feedback Sherry. I personally disagree that these chairs are not in usable condition. Like I noted, I was present as they were blanket wrapped and put on the truck. Please refer to the 48 hour return policy on Chairish. Had you brought this up before accepting the chairs through the 48 return window, I would have gladly paid for return shipping and full refund. However, given the complaint on these has happened long after the return window, please contact Chairish support to remedy"

  • "AINA: Thank you for getting back to me. Since these chairs are not in a condition that can be used, I would like a partial refund of the money I paid for them. They were not represented accurately."

  • "Sherry W.: Hi Sherry. This is the very first time I've had a complaint on anything. It is possible that my old partner did not check the foam or springs thoroughly. I cannot attest to the condition of that. However I did help Plycon wrap and load these and they were very very solid. If that changed in shipment please contact Chairish support about this so they can take this up with Plycon. Thanks again for your purchase and I'm truly sorry about your disappointment with these."

  • "hi there, i received these chairs last week. thank you for accepting my offer and shipping them to me so quickly. i am sorry to say that i am disappointed in their condition which is listed as "good." i understand they are vintage and you explain and detail where the upholstery is worn; however the foam and springs are completely shot. moreover the framing is wobbly on both. they are not useable. i need to have them redone and i don't think they were represented accurately on the site."
