There … Read more Vintage: C.1960-69 Mid-Century era, a Nessen Studio designed, solid round cylindrical, honed and polished Calacutta marble table/ desk lamp. There is gorgeous veining, subtle soft oyster or light gray tonality along with soft chestnut brownin some areas and more prominent in others, depending upon the vantage point, but what makes and is the inherent quality of natural stone. Brass neck and finial top, with a 2"-3" variance in raising and/or adjusting the height, based on the shade size/shape utilized, in addition to original cluster sockets, with chain and pull tabs, also original to the manufacture. Maker's mark sticker on the underside of original green felted base of marble. Original wiring and in working condition. Sourced from a Palm Beach Island, Florida Estate.

In great to excellent condition. (The "only," imperfection visible is the manufacture had put a pinhole with some type of adhesive within the pinhole to stop the inherent nature of the Carrara marble's veining, as close up image indicates). We inherited this piece in this original condition.
