The body of this vase is diabolo-shaped, supported by a slender base in transparent glass. A vintage production from Empoli, it's a striking decorative piece. The faceted glass is fine and luminous, typical of the work of Italian glassmakers.
The Empoli vase or bowl is made of two-tone blue and transparent glass with a shrunken body. It is in very good condition.
8-11cm diameter, 28cm height.
