Fantastic iconic danish design! this very special rocking chair from the 1950s is a design by hans j. Wegner for getama. Model number: ge-673. It is an early edition. This rocking chair is marked in the wood on the inside. Unique in its kind and beautifully designed in the typical organic danish design. The wooden frame with lights canvas canvas give a nice contrast. Given the age, it is still original canvas in a lived vintage condition. This makes the rocking chair even more authentic. Definitely a design icon with characterful patina. Swing wonderfully away in this special chair. A timeless danish design and an absolute must have in the interior for the connoisseur.
