Crafted from a blend of cotton, wool, and acrylic, it captures a design of the drawing called (rendez-vous galant) "Romantic Rendezvous" at 18th century. « Rendez-vous galant » Made according to the drawings of Maurice Jacques and Louis Tessier. The original tapestries, the first sketches of which date back to 1758, were woven at the Manufacture Royale des Gobelins from 1765. Reflecting a kind and refined era, this gallant scene is depicted in a natural environment surrounded by rivers and streams. This charming composition is framed by a richly floral border.
