Davis (1865-1928) was known for his ethereal images of women, gracing the covers of Vanity Fair.
Also a member of the Art Students League of New York as well as the Salmagundi Club.
Image here measures 6” x 8”.
Signed in the margin beneath the image.
Professionally matted in nice sage green, framed under glass, total dimensions are 12” x 15”.
