This Recamier can float in a room as the back is also upholstered or be against the wall.
This fabulous large daybed is made of hand carved Mahogany wood, the original off-white paint remains.
Recently reupholstered in a beautiful Champagne color mohair velvet..
Very good antique condition, original untouched patina, consistent with age and use.
