Vintage Home is pleased to offer this set of luncheon plates and mugs. The Japanese Chinoiserie Imari porcelain hand painted set has four plates and four coffee mugs in traditional floral and geometric designs with a blue and white center and banded rim. We love the underside design, adding a beautiful finishing touch. These were imported by the Smithsonian Institution. Imari is a seaport in Japan and since the late 1500s has been exporting porcelain by the port’s namesake
