This is an exquisite FreeHand Painted Japanese Imari Porcelain Plate.
It has 15 scalloped edges—two of persimmon color scallop edges are mirrored each other bordered in gold, balanced the plate at 12 o’clock, 4 o’clock and 7 o’clock respectively. Three scallops feature peaches on branch bordered in gold, positioned at 2 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 10 o’clock. The rest of the scallops are painted in blue geometric diamond pattern and blue traditional Asian wave pattern.
In the center, A beautiful of Japanese garden scenery with traditional high tower and traditional houses by water, surrounded by rocks, small bridge and trees in different colors. Beyond wall fence, tres, mountains and clouds.

On the back of the plate, three group of landscape scenes in different colors under th rim. The foot is relatively high compared to regular plates, 3 holes with a wire through for hanging.
Markings:
Marked in blue underglaze by the artist. The handwriting “貞山 作”—Teizan saku for the kiln. See the photos.
There are hand written in ink which is fading away by previous collector:
