Important Chinese export Rose Medallion Centerpiece porcelain enameled bowl ~ 16 inches in diameter ~ in the Famille Rose palette decorated with exterior & interior alternating panels of courtly ladies in palace scenes & Peony flowers with parrots. Intricate and delicate execution. Overglazed enamels. All Framed by bands of foliage and butterflies. Exquisite painting techniques. Chinoiserie C 1880 - 1890 Late Kangxi Dynasty.
The earliest of the Rose Medallion/Rose Canton were unmarked & heavier porcelain as is this offered piece. This beauty is swoon worthy.

Bowl measures 16" in diameter. Base footing measures 8.5" in diameter.
