This studio glass vase in greens and blues is stunning with its' elegant lines, purity of color, surface sculpted in places and overall elegance. Artist Afro Celotto (b1963) produced this piece at his then newly formed "Art Glass Studio". He was born in Venice Italy and has worked with glass since the age of 14 having apprenticed and studied with some of the greatest living masters in a culture that has produced some of the finest glass works in the world over the centuries. Mr. Celotto's work is sought by famous collectors and galleries all over the world and his collections routinely sell out. This is truly a collector’s piece.
It is signed and dated (2011) on the bottom.
