The gold rim is on all 3 canisters, making it I believe from the 1960s. The canisters are round and have a design on all sides which I've tried to show, featuring corn, peaches, plums, cherries, so they are multi-colored and go with about anything. The lids have a rubber type rim on the inside; one lid fits tightly and the other two are not as tight. You can see that all of the canisters are marked on the bottom with the largest canister having a paper label as well. They also are marked on the inside of the lid. These are a stunning addition to any counter and so functional as well! The measurement below is for the largest canister. The medium canister is 6" wide and 8" tall with the lid on; the small canister is 4 5/8" around and 6 1/2" tall. See less
