Nice vase from the 50s/60s
It is difficult to say that this vase is in bronze or brass. It is very good, quite thick and heavy.
Its inlaid herbarium decor is simple but so effective and gives this vase with organic forms another dimension.
Despite the years this vase kept its place in our contemporary decoration. Ideal for accommodating small bouquets, he will quickly find his marks on a row, auxiliary table or centerpiece.
When I found it, it was almost black oxidation.
After a good cleaning and elbow oil, he found this beautiful shine.
Over time it will take up a duller color but with regular maintenance (1 time a year), it will keep this beautiful gold color.
