A beautiful set of asian Nippon hand painted pink, gold and turquoise porcelain dishes with floral botanical design, circa early-20th century, Japan. Piece is hand adorned with gold rim. Victorian pink roses decorate each dish. Dishes are signed on reverse "Hand Painted" and "NIPPON". Piece is stamped with the rising sun Nippon mark indicating it was made in Japan, and the stamp dates piece to 1911-1929. Piece can be used as catchall for rings/jewelry. Piece can be used for barware, bar cart/ entertaining area, to serve olives, candy, or condiments, or as salt/pepper cellars. Displays beautifully for a table setting indoors or out.
