Arthur Krakower Mixed Media Silkscreen "Knife" c.1998
Fabulous silkscreen with mixed media by noted California artist Arthur Krakower.
The artist has included some personal observations with this unique silkscreen print.
The title "Knife" refers to a putty knife that was given to him by a friend. The knife and stones from the cemetery are represented in this print.
The silkscreen measures 16" x 14". The heavy wove paper measures 22" x 30"
From a limited edition of 3. this is number 2.
Signed, titled and dated in pencil by the artist.
Arthur Krakower took up painting in his 80s. He was the oldest person to ever graduate from the California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, California. This is a great opportunity to acquire an original work by this celebrated artist.
