Arthur Krakower "Standing Nude With Flowers" Original Monotype c.2005
This monotype has a generous amount of hand embellishment, giving the texture of an original painting.
Signed, dated and titled by the artist.
Arthur Krakower took up painting in his 80s. His first art shows were instant successes, and he gained a reputation of a fine art painting during his lifetime.
The darker spots at the vase, near the bottom of the painting appear to be from oil paint splatter bleeding through the paper from the backside.
Good condition with plenty of border for proper matting and framing.
Plate dimensions 14 1/2" x 17". The paper measures 22" x 30".
Good condition. A great find.
