Beautiful hand cut Bohemian Czech Republic blue over layer and crystal clear glass decorative flower shaped bowl. The piece is attributed to the Caesar Crystal company. It came from a purchase of several pieces with that label. The design looks like a large open flower, with petals outlined on the blue layer, with star design in the middle. the edge of the bowl / plate is also cut with an intricate design. Would make a great display piece on any dresser, credenza or console table. Use it as a catchall, candy dish or display it upright on a plate stand showcasing the design. The bowl measures 8" across x 1 1/4" high.
