Thick enamel all over around with exquisite hand painted floral designs inside
Polychrome enamels on dark green grounds with white, yellow, maroon, and blue accents
Numbered by hand in white enamel on the back No 131, and initialed H., possibly the artist's
Circa mid/late 1800's , most likely French

Measurements: Approx. 10.75" diameter x 0.5" deep
