Stolen, designed in 1951 and made in Denmark. This example with new black leather and featuring teak legs and teak paws. Retaining its original ap stolen stamp with the designer name. This chair features open armrests and teak “paws”. The chair looks and feels like a big bear giving you a hug. The frame is made of solid wood and is hand joined with beautiful through tenons attaching the legs to the frame. The seat is lower to the ground and the armrests hit at a perfect height for resting elbows. A second chair with oak legs and teak paws also available in a separate listing. Reupholstered at the same time with the same black leather.

Condition:

New Black Leather. New canvas straps. Original springs and horsehair retained in the back. Teak paws and legs have been oiled. Ready to go.
