Robert Rauschenberg ( 1925 - 2008 ) is recognized as one of the 20th Century's most influential and prolific artists. he is credited with binding the gap between movements of Abstract Expressionism and Pop Art. A pioneer of the " Transfer Drawing " process, he experimented with technologically sophisticated combinations of photographs and drawings. he is highly regarded as a Modern master of mixed media and collage.
