About the Poster: Posters are powerful propaganda tools. During the war, they served to reach and mobilize the population by various means and messages.
This poster is in the collection of the Imperial War Museum. Their description of the poster reads: "the image occupies the majority of the upper half, with the title separate and positioned in the lower half, in red. The text is separate and positioned across the top edge, lower centre and across the bottom edge, in blue.
