They have been stacked for decades and the outside is truly a beautiful patina of tarnish. Absolutely gorgeous with the added bit of dents, etc. When you separate the bowls you will be surprised at how the non exposed sides of the bowls are still shiny silver. I didn’t want to polish these as I think they make a great conversation starter. These can be finger bowls or salt cellars or nut cups or ice cream dishes. See less
