Pair of KPM covered jars with ribbed sides and eagle finial lids. Hand painted flowers decorate the vessels with two cartouches each on the sides. One jar represents sciences and the other, the arts. These jars are in very good original condition with a minor loss to the break of one eagle finial and wear to the gilding.
