This is an Artist Proof (HC in French) and dedicated to a George. It was made in 1971.
The Artist was born in Algeria in 1943 and forced to escape the country into France in 1956 due to the revolution that year. His first stop was in Vichy France, then to Paris where he pursued his studies at the famous L'Ecole Nationale Supérieure Des Beaux Arts de Paris. To fund his studies, he became janitor at Giraudon in Paris - a photo agency specialized in art.
