An American, bronze corporate anniversary keepsake for the J Walter Thompson advertising agency, dated 1964.

Founded in New York City in 1864, the James Walter Thompson advertising agency was one of the first to open in the United States under the name Carlton & Smith. Incorporated as J. Walter Thompson in 1896, by 1899 the firm had opened a London branch before expanding to Africa and Asia. Long-standing clients include Unilver, Ford and Rolex watches.
