The village of Norron Pottery is known for its shape and utility parts made of salt or enameled sandstone. Turgis pottery, still in activity, is the most important in this village of Potiers. This bottle intended for the conservation of Mirabelle brandy is characteristic of Norron's work. The shapes are generous, thick norron sandstone in a very dark brown color, full of reflections.
The bottle is in very good condition, it is stamped Turgis in the cheek.
4.5 to 7.5cm in diameter, 30cm high.
