The figure was … Read more I'm thrilled to offer for sale this majestic free-standing, table-top sculpture featuring a Tang Dynasty style horse. The figure was hand-carved in wood and hand-painted in polychromatic gold and maroon. It measures 30" tall x 32" wide x 8" deep with a 8.5" x 21" platform pedestal base and weighs approximately 25 pounds. As you can see from the photos, it is masterfully made and truly stunning! The sculpture is adorned with tassels, bells, gems and silk flowers, making this a Tang Dynasty show horse! It is truly exceptional in every sense! While it has a few age-related cracks, it remains in perfect structural and excellent cosmetic condition. See less
