19th Century French Kingwood cylinder desk of exceptional quality, the top structure having a pierced brass gallery with a veined … Read more 19th Century French Kingwood cylinder desk of exceptional quality, the top structure having a pierced brass gallery with a veined marble top and three drawers below with decorative ormolu moulding running along the bottom, the cylinder lifting up to reveal lovely fitted interior with various drawers and compartment space and a pull out writing slide with a beized writing surface, below the cylinder there are five oak lined drawers and shaped apron at the centre, supported on elegant square tapering legs with decorative ormolu mounts.
