The top surface showcases dual five-clawed dragons surging above rolling waves and jagged rocks, rendered in deep tones of blue, green, and dark outlines against a warm reddish-orange ground patterned with intricate geometric motifs. A central blue vertical cartouche bears an imperial reign mark reading "Da Qing Qianlong Yuzhi" ("Made by Imperial Command of the Qianlong Emperor of the Great Qing Dynasty"), flanked by auspicious symbols and stylized bats. The exterior sides of the box are similarly embellished with traditional foliate and scrollwork designs, while the interior reveals a clean, reddish-toned finish.
It is a production with Qing Empire palace artwork inspiration and similarity.
