Add a mid century touch to your dining room with this classic set of Japanese lacquerware plates. This glam set includes 8 plates / sushi plates / mini serving trays. Each piece has a minimalist round shape with slightly raised edges. Lacquer is a clear or colored finish that dries by evaporation and produces a hard durable finish. The pieces are solid and well made, with jet black undersides and gold tops with gold leaf texture. The undersides have their original metallic red foil stickers that read, "MADE IN JAPAN".
