Milo Baughman designed this AID (Association of Industrial Designers) award-winning chair as an update to his original Milo Lounge. More reclined than its predecessor, it features a linear, flat-bar frame that supports thick, ultra-comfortable cushions and is tipped at the ideal angle for relaxation. Hand assembled by Thayer Coggin, master furniture crafters in North Carolina, these chairs are upholstered in luxurious Italian Merino Wool Velvet in the color Twilight.

From 1953 to 2003, Thayer Coggin and Milo Baughman collaborated on designs, engineering and manufacturing techniques that came to define the mid-century modern era of American residential furniture. Items from the Milo Baughman Collection continue to be bench made in High Point, North Carolina and custom upholstered.

These chairs are in excellent condition other than the manchette (the small cushion forming part of the arm of a chair) being worn on the armrests only. However, replacement fabric for the armrests is included (see images). Additional images are available upon request for a comprehensive view.
