The cabinet is probably either made in Germany or Austria, based on wood, construction and motifs. It is basically two pieces with top/hutch part just sits on top the credenza cabinet. The bottom has two carved panels, depicting probably a couple. There is fixed shelve on the bottom part behind the two doors. Then there are two drawers with wrought iron pulls. The top of the hutch had two small doors and and open space in the center. The motifs on the doors are a bit of an early Art Nouveau in my opinion.
