Gorgeous set of Limoges fish plates with beautiful detail and intricate gold web with scallop gold trim. These stunning hand-painted fish plates by Charles Fields Haviland date to the late 1800’s in France. The plates are actually of two different designs that complement each other so well! The plate’s are amazing and illustrative, the gold web symbolizes and captures the spider’s web where the spider dangles as the fish approach.
Set of two, both 8.5 inch in diameter.
