This lovely plate is made of porcelain. This piece is stamped as being made in Bavaria, Germany, and it is signed on the face "Dorie Mann", see pictures. This plate features a gorgeous hand painted floral motif of red poppy flowers with green leaves on a beautiful blue and yellow gradient background.
