Vintage solid maple turned bowl with an advertisement for FABULON the fabulous floor finish. Great Americana display piece, or perfect for holding keys, change, or jewlery, or your knitting yarn balls.
This mixing bowl is slightly ovoid in shape, not a perfect circle, which adds more visual interest. There is some slight wear along the edges, not detracting. Sealed with a clear finish, most likely Fabulon! Probably dates to the 1940s-1950s. Likely was a promotional give-away or store display item to promote the product.
